Our goal is to make sure every customer enjoys a smooth shopping experience when ordering authentic disposable vapes and pod systems online in Singapore.
📍 Delivery Coverage – Islandwide Vape Delivery
We offer islandwide delivery to all residential and commercial addresses in Singapore.
✅ Delivery available to:
- HDBs & condominiums
- Office buildings
- Retail and industrial zones
👉 Please double-check your address before checkout to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.
⏰ Delivery Time Slots
Our delivery schedule ensures flexibility for your convenience:
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Order cut-off: 2:00 PM)
- 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Order cut-off: 6:00 PM)
📌 Orders placed after the cut-off time will be automatically scheduled for the next available delivery window or the following day.
📦 Delivery Days
We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and most public holidays.
During peak demand or heavy rain, minor delays may occur — we recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery slot.
💳 Payment Terms – Cash on Delivery (COD)
At VAPE IN SG, our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Please prepare the exact amount in cash when your parcel arrives.
- PayNow / PayLah are not accepted during delivery, unless pre-approved with our support team.
- If you request last-minute PayNow without confirmation, the driver may cancel the delivery.
🤝 Safe & In-Person Vape Delivery
All deliveries are handed over in person at the ground floor or building lobby for safety verification.
🚪 Doorstep delivery (to your unit via elevator) is available for an additional SGD $10.
Please inform our team via WhatsApp before your delivery if you’d like to request this service.
📲 WhatsApp Delivery Updates
You’ll receive a WhatsApp message from our driver before arrival with an estimated delivery time.
✅ Payment process:
- Customer hands cash to the driver.
- Driver verifies and hands over the parcel.
⏳ Driver waiting time: up to 5 minutes upon arrival.
If no one is present, your order may be rescheduled for a later slot
💰 Surcharge Zones
Additional SGD $10 delivery fee applies for the following restricted or remote areas:
- CBD Districts: Postal codes 01–08
- Jurong Island & Tuas: Postal codes 62–63
- Sentosa Island: All addresses
👉 To avoid extra charges, you may provide an alternative nearby delivery address (e.g., MRT station or accessible pickup point).
